Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MEDOVO LLP handles information when you use Pictora to manage your photography business, publish a portfolio, and communicate with clients.

Who we are

Pictora is a business workspace for photographers. MEDOVO LLP operates the service and is responsible for the information described in this policy. Photographers who use Pictora decide what client information they enter and what portfolio information they make public.

Information we handle

When you sign in with Google, we receive account details such as your name, email address, and sign-in identifier. We store the studio details you provide, including business name, contact information, region, services, packages, and settings. The service also stores the client and enquiry details, event dates and venues, quotations, booking status, payment records, reports, and messages you enter. If you publish a portfolio, we store its text and images. If you enable optional features, we also handle calendar-feed tokens and browser push subscription details such as a device endpoint and browser information. Razorpay processes subscription payments; Pictora receives subscription and payment status and related transaction identifiers.

How we use information

We use information to sign you in, provide and secure Pictora, manage your studio workflow, publish the portfolio and enquiry form you configure, send optional new-enquiry notifications, provide calendar feeds, process subscription status, answer support requests, and provide account export or deletion. We also use technical and service records to diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.

Portfolios, enquiries, and shared links

A public Pictora portfolio and its published images, business details, and enquiry form can be viewed by anyone with the portfolio link. Information submitted through that form is delivered to the photographer's studio. Anyone who has a private calendar-feed link may be able to view the confirmed work included in that feed. Keep private links confidential and rotate a calendar link if it is shared accidentally. Photographers are responsible for having an appropriate basis to enter and use their clients' information and to publish content they upload.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to operate Pictora: Supabase for sign-in and application data; Google for Google sign-in; Cloudflare for portfolio media storage and abuse-prevention services; Razorpay for subscription checkout and billing; Vercel for application hosting; and the browser and push-delivery services needed for optional notifications. These providers process information on our behalf or as part of the service they provide. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when needed to protect users or the service, respond to a valid legal request, or comply with law.

Security and processing locations

We use access controls and service safeguards designed to protect studio data. Information may be processed in locations where Pictora or its service providers operate, including outside your state or country. No online service can promise that every transmission or storage system is completely secure, so use strong sign-in security and protect private calendar links.

Retention, export, and deletion

We keep information while it is needed to provide your account and the features you use. You can export studio records from account settings and request permanent account deletion there. Deleting an account cancels an active subscription, removes studio records and portfolio media from the active service, and deletes the associated sign-in account. Razorpay and other providers may retain their own transaction or operational records, and residual copies may remain in backups until those copies expire. We may retain information where applicable law requires it.

Your choices and questions

You can update many studio details in settings, disable optional push notifications, rotate your calendar-feed link, export your records, or delete your account. For a privacy request or complaint, contact us using the details below. We will handle requests in line with applicable law.
